Kim Tong
Kim brings 15 years of hospitality experience to the team, playing a part in some of the Twin Cities’ top restaurants including Solera, Piccolo, and Masu. She went on to serve as general manager and wine director for Borough & Parlour, and Esker Grove. Kim has an uncompromising eye for detail, and has strived to build a first-class team from her tenures at some of the cities’ finest restaurants.
Denny Leaf-Smith
Denny’s career began as an opening team member of Café Lurcat. From there he joined the opening team at the 112 Eatery where he worked his way up to Executive Chef. He spent a few years in Philadelphia working in farm-to-table restaurants before returning to Minneapolis where he held Executive Chef positions at Eastside and Esker Grove.
Scott Weller
Scott is a 13+ year service industry veteran. You may have seen him over the years tending bar and teaching cocktail classes at Parlour Mpls and most recently at Sooki & Mimi in South Minneapolis. When he isn’t making drinks, he’s curating his borderline-obsessive vinyl collection, playing drums, and living his best life with his wife Rosie and pup Ripley.
